We offer an account & service text-message program. It is optional, requires your explicit opt-in, and covers appointment reminders, service and vehicle-status updates, membership and payment notifications, and occasional promotions.
When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the date, time, source, and the exact wording you agreed to). We use this information only to send you the messages you signed up for and to respond to you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile information may only be disclosed to the service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS provider), solely to deliver the messages you requested.
